본 연구는 통합보육기관에 재원하고 있는 일반유아와 장애유아가족을 대상으로 가족지원에 대한 실태와 가족지원에 대한 부모의 욕구를 조사하여, 보육시설에서의 가족지원의 효과적인 실행에 대한 정보와 개선방안에 대한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 통합보육기관으로 지정되어 있는 76개 기관의 부모 148명(일반유아가족 72명, 장애유아가족 76명)을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가족지원의 실태에서 전반적으로 일반유아와 장애유아가족 두 집단 간에 유의미한 실행 차이는 없었다. 둘째, 가족지원의 욕구에서 일반유아와 장애유아가족 간에 유의한 차이는 보이지 않았으나, 일반유아가족에 비해 장애유아가족이 욕구에 대해 보다 더 높은 수준으로 인식하는 경향을 보였다. 셋째, 통합보육기관에서의 가족지원에 대한 평가는 높은 필요도에 비해 상대적으로 낮은 만족도를 보였고, 적절한 가족지원 담당자로는 전체적으로 보육교사를 가장 많이 응답하였다. 가족지원을 활성화하기 위한 내용과 방법에 대한 제안들이 제시되었다.

This study was intended to know and compare the present conditions and important level(needs) of the family support for children with and without disabilities by the families in the inclusive child care and education center, to implement the effective family support program, and to suggest the better program development. In this study, 148 families(72 families of children with typical developing, 76 families of children with disabilities) in the 76 inclusive child care and education centers were participated. The results of surveys were analyzed by SPSS P/C program. The results of this study were as follows. First, there were no significant difference between families of children with typical developing and of children with disabilities in the present conditions of the family support program implementation. Second, there were no significant difference between two groups in the needs of the family support program, but the needs of the families of children with disabilities showed the higher trend than the families of children with typical developing. Third, the satisfactions to the program were relatively lower than the needs of family support. And families responded the appropriate personnel for family support was teacher of child care and education. Futhermore, the contents and methods for developing the better family support were investigated.
