본고는 화성시 향토박물관 『윤시□긔록』을 소개하고 그 특성을 논하는 글이다. 이 작품은 19세기 양반 여성인 해평윤씨가 자신의 반생을 서술한 자기서사로, 화성에서 세거한 풍양조씨 집안에서 전승되어 오던 것이다. 『윤시□긔록』에서 작자는 자신의 생애를 시간 순으로 기록하고 있되 행복한 사건과 불행한 사건을 대비적으로 서술하고 있다. 또한 작자는 자신이 경험하였던 고독과 비통을 생생한 상황 묘사와 독백의 직접 인용을 통하여 핍진하게 표현하고 있다. 한편 이 작품에는 가사의 창작방법이 차용되거나 가사를 직접 인용하는 등 가사의 영향이 많이 나타난다. 이 작품에서 나타나는 자기 정체성은 삼종지도(三從之道)를 체화하고 있는 당대 여성의 집단적 정체성과 유사하지만, 남편에 대한 열(烈)보다는 부친에 대한 효(孝)를 우선시하고 있다는 점에서 특징적이다. 해평윤씨는 남편을 잃은 위기 상황에서 스스로 자신의 가치를 해명하고 자손에게 투생(偸生)의 이유를 밝히기 위하여 자기서사를 기록하였으리라 짐작된다.

This paper is the first study about Yun-ssi-jagirok(윤시□긔록) written by Haepyeong-Yun-ssi(해평윤씨) that is transcribed in Hangul and possessed in the Hwaseong Municipal Folk Museum. Yun-ssi-jagirok is a self-narrative written by a Yangban woman in the nineteenth century which is handed down in Pungyang(豊 壤) Jo(趙) family having lived in Hwaseong for generations. While the author of Yun-ssi-jagirok describes her life in chronological sequence, the narrative structures of it include ``comparison of her fortunate and unfortunate events.`` The writing expresses her sadness and loneliness by describing a daily life of her own family and quoting her monologues directly. Moreover, the writer accepts some writing styles of Gasa and quotes some lines of it. Although Haepyeong-Yun-ssi``s self identity was very similar to that of women of her time regulated by Sam-jong-ji-do(三從之道), it is distinctive that she puts her filial duty before her wifely duty in the writing. The writer wrote Yun-ssi-jagirok to provide the meaning of her own life and to identify several reasons why she did not kill herself even after her husband``s death to her descendants.
