The purpose of this study is to analyze the perception of the effects of various peeling used for skin regeneration care on the skin exfoliation and preference method and skin improvement of women. The subjects of this study were 300 people in their 20s~40s. The results of the questionnaire survey were as follows, 86.3% of the respondents had experience care the skin keratin, and 38.3% of the respondents said ‘once a week’. It is recognized that the role of peeling is effective in exfoliation effect, improvement of skin texture and skin tone control, and 87.0% of respondents think that skin is improved by using exfoliation by peeling. Satisfaction with care of skin keratin was higher in order of pore size control, blackhead removal, whitening effect, skin tone improvement. The results of the study on the method of the care of the desired horny layer are as follows: the respondent who is care the keratin was ‘Aqua Peeling’(36.1%), ‘Milk Peel’(23.9%), and the number of respondents who did not care keratin was ‘Aqua Peeling’(35.6%), ‘Scrub type’(26.7%). This result is to investigate the most effective peeling methods and preferences that require minimization of irritation and require safe and rapid treatment.
