2012년 4월 김정은은 제도적 권력승계를 완료하자마자, ``당의 유일적 영도체계 확립``을 추진하기 시작하였다. 이를 위해 1967년 처음 만들어져 1974년 김정일의 후계자 지명 이후 한 차례 개정되었던 ``당의 유일사상체계 확립의 10대 원칙``을 39년만인 2013년 6월 개정하였다. 그리고 개정된 10대 원칙을 적용하여 고모부인 장성택을 숙청·처형하였다. 본 논문은 김정은체제 출범 이후 김정은이 얼마나 확고하게 권력을 장악하고 있는가를 파악하기 위하여 북한이 주장하는 ``당의 유일적 영도체계 확립``이라는 말을 중심으로 김일성·김정일·김정은이 직접 관련된 문서들을 분석하였다. 즉 ``유일사상체계(김정일시대)``와 ``유일적 영도체계(김정은시대)`` 그리고 여기에서 파생하는 키워드를 중심으로 『김일성저작집』(1930~1994), 『김정일선집』(1964~2010), 그리고 『로동신문』과 『조선통신』에 나타난 김정은의 문서(2012~2015)들을 전수(全數) 비교·분석하였다. 빅데이터 분석 결과, 북한당국이 김정일 사망 직후부터 김정은의 ``유일적 영도``가 이루어지고 있다고 주장하지만, 김정은의 권력 집중도는 김일성·김정은시대에 비해 아직 낮고, 이제 막 ``제한적1인지배체제``를 벗어난 상태라고 판단하였다. 과거 10대 원칙과 당 규약 등의 문서에서 ``수령``이 차지하던 자리를 ``당``이 차지하고 있고, 김정은시대 들어 ``수령(複數)의 영도``와 ``당의 유일적 영도체계 확립``에 대한 언급 비율이 김일성·김정일시대와 비교하여 부쩍 높아진 점으로 미루어 이러한 판단을 하였다. 덧붙여 김일성·김정일의 문서에서 ``유일사상``이라는 말은 1967년 이전에는 쓰인적이 없다는 점과 5·25교시가 김일성의 유일사상체계 확립 지시와 직접 관련되었다는 점도 확인하였다. 이밖에 ``세도와 관료주의``는 김일성·김정은시대부터 일상적으로 사용하던 용어였다.

In April 2012, as soon as Kim Jong Un completed the institutional power succession, he began a drive for ``the establishment of the Korean Workers Party(KWP)``s monolithic leadership system``. For this, he amended ``the ten great principles to establish the KWP``s monolithic ideological system`` in June 2013, 39 years after the first amendment. The principles were made in 1967 and amended in 1974 when Kim Jong Il designated him as his successor. And Kim Jong Un purged his uncle-in-law, Jang Song Thaek, on the basis of amended 10 principles. In order to understand whether Kim Jong Un authentically comes into power after its launch of his regime or not, we analyzed documents directly involved with Kim Il Sung, Kim Jong Il, and Kim Jong Un with focusing on the word, ``the establishment of the KWP``s monolithic leadership system``. With the keywords, ``the monolithic ideological system``(Kim Jong Il Era), ``the monolithic leadership system``(Kim Jong Un Era), and these derivatives, we surveyed all the documents such as the Kim Il Sung``s Collected Works(1930~1994), the Kim Jong Il``s Selected Works 1964~2010), the Kim Jong Un``s materials(2012~2015) in Rodong Sinmun(Labor News) and Korean News. In the results of Big Data analysis, we arrived at a conclusion that the power concentration of Kim Jong Un is still lower than that of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il. Even though the authorities of North Korea maintain that ``the monolithic guidance`` of Kim Jong Un was made right after the death of Kim Jong Il, it would certainly have just got out of a hole ``limited personal rule system``. It is so because ``Suryung(the great leader)`` hand over its position in the ten great principles and party constitution to the KWP. Also, in the era of Kim Jong Un, there are greater ratio of references to the guidance of the leaders(``Suryrung``) and establishment of the KWP``s monolithic leadership system, than those in the eras of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il. In addition, we found out that the word, ``the monolithic ideology``, was not used in the documents of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il from 1930 to 1967. We also discovered that ``the guidance of 5·25`` (in 1967) was directly linked with instructions to establish the monolithic ideology of Kim Il Sung. The word, ``the abuses power and bureaucratism``, has been generally used since the eras of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.
