This paper proposes the teaching order of concessive connective endings for Korean L2 learners need to be arranged in such a way that the one with least grammatical constraints in its use should be taught first. Six Korean language textbooks were investigated to check what kinds of concessive connective endings are introduced to Korean L2 learners in what order. Most of them introduced concessive connective endings following frequency of their use. This paper studies nine concessive connective endings in Korean and eight constraints that are relevant to those concessive connective endings: C1-ado C2, C1-deorado C2, C1-eundeul C2, C1-eulmangjeong C2, C1-euljieonjeong C2, C1-euljirado C2, C1-dago C2, C1-giroseoni C2, C1-doe C2. We can set an order through eight constraints such as: *C2/promise, *C2/propositive, *C2/imperative, *C1/-gess-, *C1/-deo-, *C2/question, *C1/-ass-, *C2/affirmative. According to the frequency of use of constraints, we can set up the hierarchy of those constraints such as: C2/negative ≫ *C2/question ≫ *C2/imperative, *C2/propositive ≫ *C2/promise ≫ *C1/-ass- ≫ *C1/-gess- ≫ *C1/-deo-. Thus we suggest the following as a proper teaching order of concessive connective endings in Korean education: C1-ado C2, C1-deorado C2, C1-euljieonjeong C2, C1-euljirado C2 → C1-eundeul C2 → C1-doe C2 → C1-eulmangjeong C2 → C1-dago C2 → C1-giroseoni C2.
