가족정책과 관련된 국내기존 연구들은 대부분 출산 정책에 초점을 맞추고 있을 뿐 젠더적 관점에서 분석한 연구는 거의 없다. 이에 본 연구는 젠더적 관점에서 스웨덴과 한국간 비교 분석을 시도함으로써 우리나라 가족정책의 위치와 가족 내 양성평등정도가 어떤지 살펴보았다. 본 연구를 분석하기 위한 기준틀로는 가족정책 목적, 가족정책의 발전방향, 가족내 양성평등발단단계로 분석하여 그동안 주목받지 못했던 젠더적 관점에서의 가족정책을 살펴보았다. 분석결과, 가족정책의 목적에서 한국은 가족복지 기능향상 -＞ 양성평등 -＞ 인구정책의 방향으로, 스웨덴의 경우는 인구정책 -＞ 가족 기능향성 -＞ 양성평등으로 서로 다른 양상을 보였다. 가족정책의 발전 방향에서는 한국은 남성생계부양자 모델에서 가족친화정책으로 가는 과도기로 스웨덴은 가족친화정책으로 진행되고 있었다. 가족내 양성평등 발달단계에서 한국은 여성노동력의 가족화에서 여성노동력의 상품화단계로 스웨덴은 아버지 가족화 단계에 있다할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구를 통해 한국의 가족정책이 스웨덴보다 더디다는 점과 스웨덴의 가족정책을 교훈삼아 가족내 양성평등을 구현하기를 시사한다.

This Study aims to compare Korea with Sweden relating to Family Policy in Gender Perspective. For this analysis, we construct the Family Policy developnrntal Model. This framework consists of three dimensions about Purpose of family policy, progress of family policy, the degree of Gender Equality within Family. As the result, Korea has been progressing from the family wellbeing to population policy. To Sweden, there is toward from the population policy to Gender equality. In the Developmental progress, We found Korea experience the transition from the Male breadwinner system to the family friendly system and Sweden has the step of the family friendly. In Gender Equality within family, Korea has step familiarize of female to com modification of female but Sweden already reaches the step familiarize of father(male)
