본 연구의 목적은 중국과 한국의 노인을 대상으로 신체적, 심리적, 경제적, 사회적 요인이 삶의 질에 어떤 영향을 어느 정도 미치는지를 비교·분석하여 중국과 한국 노인의 삶의 질 결정요인을 연구하는 것이다. 이를 위해 위하여 중국 186명, 한국 177명 노인의 설문지를 분석하였다. 분석결과 중국 노인 삶의 질에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 요인들은 심리적, 경제적, 사회적 요인의 순으로 나타났으며, 한국 노인의 삶에 영향을 끼치는 요인들은 심리적, 사회적, 경제적 요인의 순으로 나타났다. 중국과 한국의 노인집단의 삶의 질 요인 중에서 심리적 상태(우울감과 자아존중감)가 가장 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 중국 노인들은 한국 노인들과 비교하면 주관적 건강감과 자아존중감이 높은데 이는 친인척의 지지나 지원이 높은데 기인하고, 한국 노인들은 우울감이 높은데 이는 상대적으로 고립된 생활을 하고 있기 때문으로 나타났다. 다만 한국 노인들은 경제적 삶의 질이 낮고, 만성질환도 중국 노인들에 비해 낮은 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze how physical, psychological, economic, and social factors affect the quality of life of elderly people in China and Korea and to study the determinants of the quality of life of elderly people in China and Korea. To this end, the questionnaire of 186 elderly in China and 177 in Korea was analyzed. As a result of analysis, the factors that directly affect the quality of life for the elderly in China were in the order of psychological, economic, and social factors, and the factors that influenced the life of the elderly in Korea were in the order of psychological and social and economic factors. Psychological status (depression and self-esteem) was the most important factor in the quality of life of the elderly in China and Korea. The elderly in China have a higher subjective health and self-esteem than the elderly in Korea, due to the high support and support of their relatives, and the elderly in Korea have a high degree of depression, which is due to their relatively isolated lives. However, the elderly in Korea were found to have a lower economic quality of life, and the chronic disease was also lower than the elderly in China.
