이 연구는 창업체험교육에 참여한 중·고등학생이 경험한 함께 배우기의 과정과 내용을 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 창업체험교육을 경험한 학생들을 대상으로 초점집단면접 내용과 창업체험교육 참가자 수기 및 사례집을 분석하였다. 연구자는 질적 자료의 분석을 통해 함께 배우기의 과정과 내용에 대하여 총 3개의 주제군과 8개의 세부주제를 도출하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창업체험교육에 참여한 청소년들은 공동의 목표를 만들고 공유하는 과정에서 자신의 의견을 표현하고, 다른 이들과 의견을 조율하며 협의를 이루는 법을 연습하고 배우게 된다. 둘째, 창업체험교육제 참가한 학생들은 자신들이 구성한 공동의 목표를 이루기 위하여 함께 일하는 과정에서 협동의 규칙을 정하고, 도전과제를 극복해내며, 몰입하는 과정을 통해 협업에 대해 배우고, 일의 즐거움을 인식하게 된다. 학생들은 창업이라는 새로운 주제를 접하게 되면서 생소함과 막막함에 부딪히고, 학업과 활동을 병행하는 과정에서 소진을 겪기도 하지만, 교사와 창업 멘토의 지원을 바탕으로 도전과제를 극복해나가는 모습을 보이기도 했다. 마지막으로, 이러한 배움의 과정을 통해 학생들은 비판적, 창의적으로 세상을 바라보는 방법을 배운다. 또한, 학생들은 세상을 살아가는 과정에서 사회적 가치가 중요함을 인식하고, 일을 통해 이러한 가치를 실현할 수 있음을 학습한다. 이 연구는 창업체험교육에 참여한 학생들의 경험과 배움의 과정을 포착함으로써 창업체험교육 및 창의적 체험활동 과정이 학생들에게 유익한 학습 경험으로 기능하기 위하여 필요한 지원 요소들에 대해 시사점을 제시한다.
The purpose of this study is to explore the process and contents of the collaborative learning experienced by middle and high school students who participated in an entrepreneurship experience program. We conducted a focus group interview and analyzed the contents of essays written by program participants. Three subject groups and eight themes were extracted through the qualitative analysis. The results of the study are as follows: first, students who participated in the entrepreneurship education program learned how to express their opinions and how to develop individuals' ideas with discussion and negotiation. Second, the participants learned about collaboration and recognized the joy of working together to overcome challenges. The experience of immersion during the process of collaboration facilitated their learning. Students faced new and unfamiliar problems during the virtual startup program and often suffered exhaustion. However, they were able to overcome challenges with the support of teachers and program mentors. Finally, through this learning process, students obtained critical perspectives on how to view the world and unleashed their creativity. In addition, students recognized the importance of social values and understood that social values can be realized through work. This study captured the experience and learning process of students who participated in the entrepreneurship program, and has implications for the organizing and conducting of creative experience activities as beneficial learning experiences for students.
