본 연구는 우리나라 청년취업시장과 잡 미스매칭에 NCS가 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위한 연구의 방법론 제안을 위한 탐색적 연구이다. 이를 위해 우리나라의 청년취업시장, 잡미스매칭 현황, NCS에 대한 선행연구 등을 다양하게 분석하였다. 또한 이러한 선행연구들의 분석을 통해 NCS가 청년취업시장과 잡 미스매칭에 영향을 미칠 수 있을 것으로 판단되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서 제시한 연구의 주제를 규명하기 위해 필요로 되는 연구방법론 두 가지를 제시하였다. 첫 번째는 우리나라 청년취업시장과 잡 미스매칭에 NCS가 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위해서는 구인을 하는 기업의 담당자와 구직자의 머릿속에 자리 메김 되어 있는 요건들에 대한 2차원 평면 이미지인 지각도를 활용하여 비교 분석하는 방법을 제안하였다. 이를 위해서는 다차원 척도 기법의 하나인 대응일치분석 방법에 대한 제안을 하였다. 두 번째는 NCS를 활용하고 있는 대학과 활용하고 있지 않은 대학의 교육 서비스 만족도 조사를 통해 NCS가 잡 미스매칭에 미치는 근본적 원인 분석을 찾을 수 있는 방법론을 제안하였다. 이를 위해서는 교육서비스의 품질 영역과 교육 수혜자인 학생들이 지각하는 가치영역을 포함하는 측정도구의 개발을 제안하였으며 최종 분석을 위해서는 가중치 적용이 적절하게 될 수 있도록 AHP 기법의 적용을 제안하였다.

This study is an exploratory study for suggesting a research methodology to investigate the effect of NCS on Korean youth employment market and job mismatch. For this purpose, we analyzed the youth employment market, job mismatching status, and previous studies on NCS. The results of this study suggest that NCS could affect the youth employment market twisted with job mismatch. To clarify the subject of the research presented in this study, we suggest following research methodologies : First, we use the two-dimensional plane image perception of the requirements of the job seeker and the recruitment specialist in order to investigate the impact of NCS on Korean youth employment market. To do this, we propose a correspondence analysis method which is one of the multidimensional scaling methods. Second, we suggest a methodology to find the root causal analysis that NCS affects on job mismatch through the survey on student satisfaction of universities equipped with NCS or not equipped with NCS. To do this, we propose the development of measurement tools that include the quality domain of education services and the value areas perceived by students who receive education. For the final analysis, we suggest the application of the AHP technique so that weights can be applied appropriately.
