대학에서 일어나고 있는 `학습에 있어서 부정`과 `시험에 있어서 부정`으로 인해서 학문의 전당인 대학의 위상이 흔들리고 있다. 인터넷 시대가 되면서 더 쉽게 리포트를 판매하고 구매할 수 있게 되고, 이러닝 시험에서는 다른 사람을 통한 검색의 도움을 받을 수도 있게 되었다. 책을 구입하거나 빌리지 않더라도 인터넷에서 자료들을 활용할 수 있기 때문에 책을 가지고 공부하기 보다는 인터넷에 떠도는 자료 중심으로 리포트를 해내고 시험을 치는 학생들도 많아졌다. 인터넷을 활용하는 것 그 자체가 문제가 되는 것은 아니지만, 대학에서 평가는 주로 리포트와 시험을 통해서 이루어지는데 인터넷을 학습과 시험에서 부정을 저지르는데 활용하기 때문에 문제가 된다. 리포트와 시험에서 부정행위가 근절되지 않다보니 대학생 스스로 평가에 대해 불신하는 사태까지 이르게 되었다. 학생들의 학습윤리, 연구윤리에 대한 자각과 실천이 절실한 때가 되었다. 수단과 방법을 가리지 않고 학점을 따겠다거나 무임승차를 해서 학점의 덕을 보겠다는 학생들의 사고방식에 변화가 있어야 하다. 문제의식 없이 학습윤리와 연구윤리에 어긋나는 행태를 관행적으로 답습하는 학생들에게 정도를 가르치는 일도 필요하다 하겠다. 본 논문에서는 학습윤리, 연구윤리가 요청되는 상황에 대한 고찰과 학습윤리, 연구윤리 교육의 필요성을 제시해보고자 한다.

Studying and research ethics of students have not been well established. There are a lot of injustices in report creation at university. And status of university is shaken by injustice in test. Students could sell and buy report easily at the Internet. Therefore, students do not make report by themselves and they feel seduction that wish to buy or copy report. Evaluation is made in report and test mainly at university. Because there are a lot of cheats in report and test, students have little trust in the evaluation system. Students receive helping of internet search through friends in e-learning test. Methods of cheating were more various. Professors must teach students studying moral principle. The research ethics has to be properly learned. When students make report, students must have moral principle solemnity. Students must not do injustice in attendance and test. I will investigate about situation that studying moral principle is requested. I will suggest studying moral principle educational necessity.
